Client Account Manager – Experiences

We are looking for a Client Account Manager – Experiences to help clients research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel experiences. This role involves communicating with clients to understand their travel preferences, researching suitable options, and assisting with accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, activities, and other vacation arrangements. The Client Account Manager – Experiences serves as a point of contact throughout the planning process, provides recommendations, coordinates reservations, and helps clients stay organized before and during their travels.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, interests, budgets, and needs
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
• Book flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences
• Provide personalized destination and experience recommendations
• Maintain organized client and reservation information
• Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the travel planning process
