Perforce Software in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Customer Success team and work alongside DevOps engineers. The TAM will own the technical health and customer success for Puppet Enterprise, guiding customers to improved efficiency and savings.
You will build relationships, understand training needs, and advocate for customers within the Puppet by Perforce organization, partnering with support engineers and product teams to drive outcomes.
