Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and the Salesforce platform. This is a fully onsite opportunity, and the selected candidate must be available to work from the Nashville office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and other declarative tools.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
  • Work with Salesforce objects, relationships, security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data management.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues and performance-related problems.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, administrators, and other developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and automation.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
  • Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, onsite team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Administrator.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automated Salesforce deployment processes.
  • Experience working with healthcare or other regulated industry environments is a plus.
