Pay Rate: $75-$85/hour DOE plus benefits @90 Days (Healthcare/401K)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday daytime hours

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support key financial planning and analysis initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will focus heavily on forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting while partnering with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes, including accrual analysis.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and financial reporting tools.
• Strong forecasting and variance analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives in large corporate environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
