We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This role will function as a key administrative and operational partner to the sales team, helping ensure that sales activities, CRM data, reporting, documentation, and internal processes are accurate, organized, and completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and CRM systems, and able to work closely with sales leadership and sales representatives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Revenue Operations Specialist will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales organization. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data, supporting CRM activities, preparing reports, tracking sales activity, assisting with lead and opportunity management, and helping ensure that sales processes are followed consistently.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.

– Assist sales representatives and managers with sales-related administrative tasks.

– Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, opportunities, accounts, and customer information.

– Assist with the creation, maintenance, and organization of sales documentation.

– Track sales activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline information.

– Assist with preparation of sales reports, presentations, and management updates.

– Help ensure sales representatives are following established sales processes and procedures.

– Coordinate with other departments to obtain information needed to support sales activities.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the company’s CRM system.

– Enter and update leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities, and other sales information.

– Monitor CRM data for missing, outdated, or inaccurate information.

– Assist with CRM cleanup and data-quality initiatives.

– Help ensure sales representatives properly document calls, meetings, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

– Assist with CRM-related questions and basic troubleshooting for the sales team.

– Support implementation of new CRM processes, fields, reports, and workflows.

– Prepare recurring sales reports for sales leadership and management.

– Track key sales activity metrics, including calls, meetings, opportunities, pipeline activity, and other relevant KPIs.

– Maintain sales dashboards and spreadsheets as needed.

– Identify data discrepancies and work with appropriate team members to correct them.

– Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and data requests.

– Help document and maintain sales processes and procedures.

– Monitor compliance with established sales workflows.

Required Qualifications

– 4‚Äì6 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, business administration, customer support, or a related role.

– Experience working with CRM systems;
HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

– Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

– Ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, and large amounts of information.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

– Ability to work effectively with sales representatives, managers, and other departments.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

– Help improve the efficiency and consistency of the sales process.
