Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to support business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, platform configuration, integrations, and application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Work with business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and other platform features.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
• Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and access controls.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
