Role Description The Revenue Operations Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing the end-to-end revenue process. Day-to-day tasks may include tracking and analyzing revenue data, maintaining dashboards and reports, and identifying opportunities to improve pricing, billing, and client engagement workflows. The role involves collaborating with the individual owner and any external partners to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. The specialist will also help develop and refine operational procedures, implement tools or systems to support revenue activities, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications

• Experience with revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, including data tracking and process optimization.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar systems for managing client information, billing, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and make recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and present findings clearly.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a part-time capacity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Background in finance, business, design operations, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience with small businesses or freelance environments is a plus.
