Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to assist in supervising all daily store operations and to provide leadership to staff under the direction of the Store Manager. The role may be full- or part-time and requires ensuring 100% policy compliance and high standards of customer service.
The Team Lead will help train employees, manage service levels, handle POS transactions per policy, and support loss prevention while striving to meet sales and operational goals.
