Are you a Salesforce expert with deep Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking experience? We're looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll design, develop, and deliver modern Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), Agentforce AI, and Omni-Channel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Platform .
• Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending, and relationship management.
• Build unified customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) .
• Develop AI-powered experiences using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agent Builder .
• Configure and optimize Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Lead technical reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout project execution.

Required Skills

✅ 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

✅ Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce

Integrations

✅ Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Mandatory

✅ Banking domain experience (Retail Banking, Lending, Customer Onboarding, KYC) – Mandatory

✅ Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) experience

✅ Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI experience

✅ Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and workforce management

✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design

• MuleSoft integration experience
• CI/CD tools (AutoRABIT, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
• Salesforce Security & Compliance
• Enterprise integration architecture
