You will assist with renewals, implementations, ongoing account administration, and day-to-day service while gradually taking on greater responsibility as your knowledge, licensing, judgment, and experience grow.

What We Offer:

  • Growth potential
  • A team-oriented culture that values your input and expertise.
  • Training and ongoing professional development.
  • Access to industry tools, carrier resources, and experienced team members.

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Current state life and health insurance license preferred at hire; ability to obtain the required license within the timeframe established by management is required.
  • Strong client service, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and support multiple Account Managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Initiative, accountability, and a commitment to continued learning and professional development.

This position involves regular client and business-partner contact and requires professional communication, judgment, conduct, and appearance.
