Job Opportunity Senior Financial Analyst
I am currently representing a global leader in industrial automation and process technology that is seeking a high level Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Mobile Alabama. This is a hybrid position that offers the chance to influence long term financial strategy and operational success for a major player in the energy and industrial sectors.
In this capacity you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team reporting directly to the Finance Director. You will be tasked with building financial roadmaps that ensure sustainable growth and profitability while maintaining operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide detailed analysis of financial data and generate reports to guide executive decision making
Track and predict financial performance through trend identification and risk assessment
Partner with various departments to create and execute corporate financial strategies
Lead the coordination of budgeting and forecasting cycles
Recommend improvements for cost reduction and process efficiency based on deep dive analysis
Required Qualifications
At least five years of experience in senior level finance positions with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of reporting standards compliance and financial regulations
Superior communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects
Preferred Skills and Education
A Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting is required while an MBA or related advanced degree is highly preferred
Professional designations such as a CPA or CFA are considered a significant advantage
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and the ability to modernize legacy processes
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment
