NOW HIRING: PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

I’m currently recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager opportunity with Fluence Energy .

We’re looking for an experienced product marketer with a strong B2B enterprise technology background who can take ownership of product go-to-market strategy, messaging, launches, and sales enablement across multiple product and solution areas.

Arlington, VA or Houston, TX

October 5 start date

6-month contract to direct hire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead product marketing strategy across key product and solution areas

• Own and drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and product launches

• Develop compelling product narratives and content for enterprise audiences

• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams

• Drive sales enablement initiatives and ensure teams have the messaging and resources needed to effectively position products

• Provide strategic guidance and prioritization across product marketing initiatives

• Ensure continuity across product launches and strategic planning

• Translate complex technology into clear, compelling value propositions for B2B customers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product marketing experience within a technology-focused organization

• B2B enterprise product marketing experience strongly preferred

• Proven experience owning or driving product launches and go-to-market strategy

• Strong background in product messaging, positioning, and content development

• Ability to operate strategically while also driving execution

• Experience working across multiple products, solutions, or business areas

• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Nice to Have

‚ö° Familiarity with the energy sector

Experience managing direct reports

Experience marketing complex technology, software, energy, or industrial products
