Insurance Account Manager

Hiring: Insurance Account Manager | Black Mountain, NC

We’re working with a growing insurance agency that is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Black Mountain, NC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property & Casualty insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems, and providing high-quality service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day client account servicing

• Handle applications, quotes, endorsements, renewals, and claims

• Respond to client, carrier, and internal requests

• Conduct coverage reviews and identify additional protection opportunities

• Support new business and client retention efforts

• Maintain accurate account documentation

• Stay current on carrier guidelines, products, and industry trends

• Collaborate with the team to support account growth and client success

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience

• Commercial Lines or Personal Lines experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating

• Excellent communication and client-service skills

• Active insurance license

• CISR, CIC, CPCU, or similar designation is a plus
