Job Summary

Established, industry leader is expanding their corporate finance function. The Financial Analyst (FP&A) supports data-informed decision-making and enhances financial performance by providing actionable insights and analysis across the organization. This role ensures the delivery of impactful analysis, forecasts, financial modeling, and monthly reporting by combining financial expertise with a deep understanding of business operations. Key responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, supporting financial goals, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. The Financial Analyst (FP&A) collaborates with Operations, Finance, IT, and company leadership to maximize efficiency and minimize costs in alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses for management review.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, and Finance to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Support the annual budget and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in financial reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills;
    experience with BI/reporting tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
