About the Opportunity

An organization is seeking experienced Sales, Revenue, and Customer Success Operations professionals to contribute to an AI training initiative. The role focuses on evaluating realistic SaaS operations scenarios, making sound workflow and configuration decisions, resolving policy conflicts, and diagnosing data quality issues using practical industry expertise.

No prior AI experience is required. Candidates must have hands-on CRM configuration experience and practical knowledge of connected revenue and customer operations tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze realistic operations scenarios involving CRM configuration, workflow design, and system integration decisions.
  • Explain the reasoning behind operational decisions and evaluate potential trade-offs.
  • Resolve conflicts between operational policies by identifying which rules take precedence and explaining why.
  • Diagnose data accuracy issues across connected systems, including duplicate records, mismatched figures, and inconsistent definitions.
  • Identify root causes of operational and reporting discrepancies.
  • Explain factors that influence workflow adoption among Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify and flag ambiguous or incomplete scenarios rather than making unsupported assumptions.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations within SaaS.
  • Direct experience configuring and maintaining a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or an equivalent system.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two connected tools outside the CRM, such as quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking platforms.
  • Strong operational judgment and the ability to resolve policy conflicts without unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Ability to explain decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing CRM integrations and cross-platform data consistency.
  • Experience designing and improving operational workflows for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, operational risks, and workflow adoption challenges.
  • Experience evaluating complex scenarios and documenting clear, practical decisions.

Compensation

  • Hourly compensation ranges from $40 to $85.
  • Fully remote contract opportunity for candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Project kickoff is already active, with candidate onboarding underway.
