- Partner with business leaders to analyze performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support commercial and product-related decisions.
- Support reporting and ad hoc analytical requests from the company’s private equity sponsor.
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure management reporting and forecasts remain aligned with financial results.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence tools to improve visibility into company performance.

- 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in a hands-on FP&A capacity.
- Demonstrated experience owning budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Experience within financial services, fintech, or a private equity-backed company strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in banking, lending, wealth management, insurance, broker-dealer, fintech, or another regulated financial-services environment.
- Previous experience working within a PE-backed organization or supporting sponsor/investor reporting.
- Experience preparing Board or executive-level reporting materials.
- Exposure to BI, dashboarding, or FP&A planning platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve finance processes.
