Marketing Director-Proposals and Business Development

A Real Estate services firm is seeking a Marketing Director to lead proposal development and support new business initiatives. This hands-on position combines writing and design with team management, partnering with senior leaders to create compelling materials and improve how the team delivers its work.

Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years of relevant experience, strong editorial and visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining actively involved in production.

Experience in professional services or an agency environment is preferred, along with proficiency in InDesign, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI tools, Illustrator, Photoshop and content management platforms is a plus.

4 days onsite (NYC).

Compensation up to $225k
