Business Development Associates at The Dorne Region identify people who could benefit from coverage options and guide them toward the right next step.

Reaching the Right People

You research and contact individuals who may qualify for benefits they have not explored yet. Each conversation starts with listening, understanding their situation, and explaining what options may be available. Your outreach directly expands the number of people the team can serve.

Following Up and Keeping Records Accurate

After an initial conversation, you follow up to answer remaining questions and confirm next steps. You maintain detailed, organized records of every interaction so nothing falls through the cracks. Consistent follow-through builds trust and keeps the process moving.

Developing Your Skills Over Time

Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. Feedback from experienced team members helps you refine how you communicate and prioritize your outreach efforts.

What We Look For

  • Clear communicator who can start productive conversations with new contacts
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate record-keeping
  • Willing to learn and apply new approaches based on feedback
  • No degree or prior industry experience required
