Much of your morning is spent reviewing your contact list and preparing for the day’s outreach. You identify which prospects need a first call, which need a follow-up, and which are ready for a scheduled meeting. Then you pick up the phone.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce available services, and gauge interest
  • Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments, ensuring each prospect has a clear next step
  • Track every conversation, outcome and scheduled action in the team’s shared system so nothing falls through
  • Collaborate with team members on warm handoffs when a prospect’s needs extend beyond your current scope
  • Organize your weekly calendar around priority contacts, new leads and administrative updates

This contractor role offers training, ongoing support, and income potential tied to performance. From your first week you receive hands-on coaching that covers outreach techniques, record-keeping standards and client communication. As you gain experience, you handle a larger book of prospects and take on additional responsibilities within the team.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Charlotte, NC office. No degree or previous sales experience is required. Consistency, clear communication, and a genuine interest in helping people are what set strong performers apart here.
