Seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise Salesforce environments. This role combines Salesforce administration, platform configuration, development, integrations, reporting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and territory management.
- Configure Lightning Flows, page layouts, record types, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and ETL processes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow.
- Perform data migrations, data cleanup, and data quality initiatives.
- Manage deployments using Copado and GitHub.
- Create technical documentation and partner with business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration/Development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Flows, reporting, security, and platform configuration.
- Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScripts.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, ETL processes, and API troubleshooting.
- Experience with Apex, Batch Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Agile experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Financial Services Cloud.
- Familiarity with Marketo, Seismic, Qualtrics, or similar third-party platforms.
- Experience with test automation, defect management, and release management tools.
