Role: FP&A Manager

Location: Manassas, VA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 Base + $20K-40K Bonus

The Opportunity

The Kostelic Agency is partnering with a rapidly growing organization that generated approximately $3B in revenue in 2025, with $3.5B projected for 2026, to hire an analytical and business-minded FP&A Manager to support leadership and drive strategic financial decision-making.

This is a highly visible role offering significant interaction with executive leadership, operational teams, and various stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to influence business performance, support acquisitions, and help shape the financial strategy of a multi-location organization experiencing continued growth.

Where You’ll Add Value

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process across multiple business units.
• Build and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business growth.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights that drive business decisions.
• Support acquisition activity through financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership to improve reporting accuracy and decision support.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial visibility.
