Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other process automations
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data views for business stakeholders
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Support system enhancements, releases, integrations, and ongoing optimization
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and user administration
  • Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, data management, and security
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and platform functionality
  • Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Salesforce in a production environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred
