Director of Product Marketing

On Site Full TimeUnited StatesThe Vibrant Talent Group

The Vibrant Talent Group is recruiting for a fast-growing, well-funded AI company, hiring for a Product Marketing professional. Our client’s platform is used by well over a million developers worldwide, including teams inside many of the largest companies in the world.

The company is venture-backed with over $60M raised from top-tier investors, and has a strong, technical, product-led culture. The team values ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action — hands-on builders who prefer showing their work over talking about it.

You’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead, the sales team, co-founders, product leadership, and customer success — your work will show up in every deal in the pipeline. The team is roughly 100+ people located globally, with backgrounds ranging from first-time builders to experienced operators who’ve scaled businesses to millions in revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own positioning and define how the company talks about its products and features. Sharpen the messaging, build the proof, and make sure every external-facing surface tells a coherent story.
  • Lead product launches, build the narrative arc, line up customer references, brief analysts, and equip the field.
  • Build the buyer-facing channels such as landing pages, ROI frameworks, vertical-specific narratives, customer outcomes, named reference stories — the website and content library should serve buyers as well as they serve developers.
  • Deliver content including decks, battle cards, objection handling, competitive intel, pricing positioning. Work with Account Executives every week and build materials they’ll use in live deals.
  • Turn customer wins into structured, outcomes-led case studies, video, webinars, conference talks, and a peer-referral motion — operationalize the reference machine.

Requirements:

  • You’ve owned positioning end-to-end — not just executed someone else’s narrative.
  • You’ve led product launches
  • You’ve marketed to B2B buyers with $150K+ ACVs and complex sales cycles, and understand how technical and C-suite buyers make decisions.
  • You’re comfortable in a technical conversation; a background in computer vision, ML infrastructure, or developer tools is a strong plus.
  • You can write the deck, the landing page, the email, and the sales call script.
  • You like working with sales and you know how to embed with the field, attend deal reviews, learn what’s actually winning, and bring it back into marketing.
  • You move fast across a lot of surfaces, take feedback from many people, and ship.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is benchmarked against market and data-driven salary sources, reviewed every six months. Benefits include:

  • Annual travel stipend to work alongside teammates in person
  • Monthly productivity stipend (e.g., home internet, co-working space)
  • Health insurance coverage up to 100% for employee and family/partner
  • Equity in the company
