USA Water Company is expanding, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing Field Marketing Team!

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce our water filtration services, and generate interest in free in-home water testing appointments.

We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and interested in taking on greater responsibilities as our company grows.

No experience necessary – we provide paid training!

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
• Introduce potential customers to our water filtration products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home water testing appointments.
• Represent USA Water Company professionally and positively.
• Meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer information.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk through residential neighborhoods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Full-time
• Saturday availability may be required if scheduled hours are not completed during the week.

Compensation

• $17.50 per hour starting pay.
