Are you passionate about design, building relationships, and have an interest in growing a business? We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-oriented Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow our presence throughout the east coast of the US.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the importance of exceptional customer service, enjoys connecting with people, and is eager to build a career in sales. While direct sales experience is a plus, we’re equally interested in candidates with backgrounds in architecture, interior design, or other client-facing roles who have the drive, curiosity, and communication skills to succeed.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with new and existing customers, uncover opportunities to collaborate, and help bring innovative design solutions to the architectural and design community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and other key industry partners throughout the Western US.
  • Develop New Opportunities: Identify prospective customers, make meaningful connections, and explore opportunities to introduce products and solutions to new markets.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Strengthen customer partnerships by understanding their needs, providing thoughtful solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Become a Trusted Resource: Learn the product portfolio and industry landscape to help customers identify solutions that align with their design goals.
  • Network and Connect: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand brand awareness.
  • Collaborate and Plan: Work with internal teams to develop territory plans, establish goals, and support continued business growth.
  • Manage Relationships and Opportunities: Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM and follow up consistently on potential opportunities.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond to customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the relationship.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a client-facing role such as architecture, interior design, account management, customer service, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • An interest in sales, business development, and building long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, and the built environment.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and the confidence to initiate conversations and build new connections.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A customer-first approach and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
  • Willingness to travel

Why Consider This Opportunity?

If you’re ready to take your relationship-building skills in a new direction, this role offers the opportunity to combine your interest in design with business development. You’ll have the chance to build meaningful industry relationships, develop your commercial skills, and make a direct impact on the company’s growth.

You don’t need to have all the answers on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the motivation to learn and grow.
