THE OPPORTUNITY
Marketing at Xactly is data-driven, and this role serves as its engine. As Manager, Marketing Operations, you will own our analytics systems, reporting, and AI infrastructure to empower the marketing team to make swift, data-backed decisions. You will uncover key insights and market trends that directly shape our go-to-market strategies and drive growth. In year one, success means scaling AI-driven marketing workflows and autonomous agents, optimizing our MarTech stack, advancing our multi-touch attribution infrastructure, and driving multi-million-dollar pipeline growth while establishing scalable operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and own the marketing analytics and reporting function, delivering dashboards and performance insights that inform strategy across campaigns, pipeline, and revenue.
- Lead the marketing technology stack by evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools to ensure the team has what it needs to execute and measure effectively.
- Design, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate repetitive marketing workflows, accelerate content and campaign operations, and surface insights in real time.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to align marketing data with broader go-to-market reporting and ensure attribution is accurate and consistent.
- Drive vendor relationships and Marketing technology evaluations, making recommendations based on ROI, integration fit, and team adoption.
- Support the CMO and marketing leadership with ad hoc analysis, executive reporting, and strategic planning inputs.
- Lead and mentor the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Lead annual planning and develop team goals aligned with key business priorities.
THE SKILL SET
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience managing marketing technology platforms (MAP, CRM, BI tools)
- Demonstrated ability to build reporting infrastructure and translate data into clear business insights
- Experience implementing or managing AI tools or automation workflows in a marketing context
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities without much handholding
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and shared outcomes
PREFERRED
- Prior experience leading a marketing operations team in a high-growth environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, ServiceNow, and Tableau
- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS company

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $113,000 to $155,000 including applicable bonus.
