As a Technical Account Manager/Implementation Manager at our client, you will play a critical role in onboarding and operationalizing customers into their authorized Federal cloud/SaaS environment.

You will lead customers through the full onboarding lifecycle — from kickoff through production go-live — ensuring their environments meet Federal security, operational, and reliability requirements, while coordinating across SRE, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle for Federal customers, from kickoff through production go-live and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Lead FedRAMP-aligned onboarding engagements, ensuring environments meet security, compliance, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Serve as primary coordinator across Engineering, SRE, NOC, SOC, Security, and Compliance during onboarding.
  • Manage multi-workstream project plans covering security controls, integrations, access models, and monitoring/alerting.
  • Proactively identify FedRAMP or operational risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on the Federal operating model and shared responsibility boundaries.
  • Ensure onboarding artifacts (documentation, action logs, handoff materials) are complete and auditable.
  • Support smooth transitions from onboarding into steady-state operations, serving as the connective tissue between implementation, operations, and customer success.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing complex technical implementations in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Direct experience onboarding customers into FedRAMP-authorized, government, or highly regulated cloud environments.
  • Strong background working with or alongside SRE, NOC, or SOC teams, including incident management and operational readiness.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and production SaaS environments.
  • Ability to translate compliance and security requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage executives, engineers, security, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
