We’re looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Operations Associate – Business Development to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare crowdfunding by helping patients and their families raise funds for medical treatments.
What You Will Do
Connect with prospective customers, convert warm leads into active fundraisers, and assist families with campaign onboarding and document submission.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and target-oriented approach
