Role Overview
The Senior Manager of NAR Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a key finance leader within the North America Region. This individual will work closely with executive stakeholders to manage reporting, forecasting, and annual profit planning.
What You Will Do
Provide direct leadership to a team of finance analysts and managers, lead the annual Profit Plan and monthly outlook processes, oversee regional cost takeout and P4G tracking, and manage reporting deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or Business
- 5+ years experience in corporate finance
- Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team
- Understanding financial analytics
- Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
- Highly organized and results-oriented with demonstrated experience
- Strong business problems solving, communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proven Ability to build relationships across business units and corporate functions to drive change
