Work in an exciting and diverse environment, meet interesting people, and have a variety of career opportunities. As a District Sales Manager at White Cap, you’ll review key sales metrics, train and coach sales associates, and lead the team to focus on high-potential sales opportunities.

What You Will Do

Review sales metrics, train and coach sales associates, lead the team, and provide regular feedback for improvement. Spend at least 4 days a week with Account Managers, train and coach them in effective selling processes, and conduct monthly one-on-one accountability sales team reviews.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This position requires strong sales management background, leadership and coaching experience, and product knowledge. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of industry sales experience are preferred qualifications.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years industry sales experience
  • 5+ years experience with area customer base
  • Strong sales management background and recruiting experience
  • Product knowledge and ability to work cross functionally
  • Leadership and coaching experience
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
