Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for the sales process to generate new sales opportunities or up-sell via phone, email, or in person. They will develop customer relationships by identifying customer needs, informing customers about products and services, and providing solutions.

What You Will Do

The major tasks and responsibilities include receiving and answering customer questions, identifying up-selling opportunities, processing purchase orders, and facilitating the sales process through project management and customer service.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
