WebOps Project Manager

Role Overview

You will own the day-to-day delivery framework for WebOps projects, including website builds, redesigns, CMS implementations, migrations, integrations, and optimization work.

What You Will Do

Lead website development projects from initial strategy through implementation, oversee HubSpot CMS website builds, manage website migrations and replatforming projects, and ensure seamless execution of design, content, and development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing website, digital, CMS, or technology implementation projects
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
• Working knowledge of website delivery, CMS platforms, UX/UI, content workflows, SEO, AEO, analytics, and web performance
• Ability to build and maintain project plans, track effort or budgets, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate changes clearly
• Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Growth-Driven Design
