Account Manager, Physical Products (North America)

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Physical Products division in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of 125-150 top digital creators, driving retention and growth, and providing exceptional customer support.

• Experience operating within the coaching, course, agency, or e-com space
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate high-value relationships and handle client expectations
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on correctness and speed
• Low ego and high output, with a willingness to take on tasks and ideas
