We’re looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Associate Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Performance Influencer Team, with a focus on the US market. The role involves shaping our influencer sales strategy in the US and scaling partnerships with creators, agencies, and celebrities to drive traffic, awareness, and sales.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the US market and influencer landscape
- Proven experience (2–3 years) in influencer marketing or sales, ideally in a performance-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Results-focused and data-driven — you use insights to guide decisions and optimise performance
- Resilient with a positive mindset; you thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who brings energy and motivation to the team
