Role Overview
The role is to work at the intersection of technology, AI and HR products, building, updating and maintaining tools that support the delivery of our main internal products.
What You Will Do
Propose and build solutions for People processes, automate workflows, manage data, build reports and dashboards, and use coding assistants and LLMs to speed up delivery.

Requirements
- Education: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis or related fields
- Automation and scripting: Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script or equivalent scripting/programming languages
- AI applied to development: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools
- Logic and code quality: Solid programming logic to audit, test and maintain generated code
- Data visualization: Hands-on knowledge of BI and dashboard tools
- Security basics: Understanding of information security best practices, access control and LGPD guidelines
- English: Intermediate level for reading, writing and conversations with teams in other countries
