Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will help build and scale the company’s FP&A function, reporting to the Director of FP&A and working closely with the CFO. The position offers direct exposure to board and sponsor reporting, fleet investment decisions and M&A, along with high visibility to senior leadership.
What You Will Do
Prepare the monthly management and board package, build the annual budget and rolling forecasts, deliver monthly variance analysis, report operational KPIs, and develop creative approaches to automate and streamline recurring reporting and analysis.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, banking, transaction advisory or public accounting
- Advanced Excel modeling skills supported by strong accounting fundamentals
- Proven record as a business partner, with examples of analysis that drove decisions
- Self-starter who identifies and implements process improvements independently
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to reconciliation
- Ability to communicate financial results clearly to non-finance audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
