Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will lead business development as a core component of the firm’s integrated marketing function, connecting the firm’s strategic direction with the ambitions attorneys hold for their practices and the relationships, market intelligence, and opportunities emerging across a dynamic regional market.

What You Will Do

Translate strategy into growth initiatives, advance attorney business development priorities, turn market insight into opportunity, expand relationships and market presence, and support long-term growth priorities.
