The Business Development Representative leads all prospecting efforts for the Central Tennessee residential market, identifying, developing, and qualifying new builder, remodeler, and contractor opportunities to grow Fairview yard sales and support pull-through business for all vertically integrated manufactured goods.

  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, business development, or lead generation
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Strong presentation and field communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable using HubSpot to manage company-level prospecting activity
