Support Newmar’s financial planning and analysis function by turning financial and operating data into clear insight for better leadership decisions.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain models for the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plans, and prepare monthly business review materials.

A strong analyst with a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial statements, and a clear communicator who turns complex numbers into simple stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis or related finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
- Experience with ERP, financial reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Experience using automation or AI tools to improve reporting
