Role Overview

Lead end-to-end transformation advisory engagements across Finance & Accounting operations, assessing current-state processes, designing target operating models, and building business cases.

Assess current-state processes, design target operating models, build business cases, create implementation-ready roadmaps, and lead workstreams and small engagement teams.

Requirements

• Mandatory Finance & Accounting transformation experience across P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A or Treasury
• Strong transformation advisory capabilities, including process assessment, operating model design, and roadmap development.
• Expertise in business case creation, value realization, and FTE/productivity analysis.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP) and digital technologies including Workflow, RPA, Analytics, AI, GenAI, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation & executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex transformation engagements, cross-functional teams, and delivery governance, including prioritization and risk management.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable, technology-enabled transformation solutions.
• Consulting mindset with proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments.
