Senior Manager – Customer Onboarding

The Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the Launch and Project Services Departments for WM (SBS). The position oversees and leads the work of multiple operational teams and is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction, managing departmental responsibilities, and adapting to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Provide oversight and direction to multiple operational teams
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage departmental responsibilities and activities
  • Adapt and pivot to customer needs
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly project tracking
  • Ensure all customer-facing launch and project status dashboards are up to date
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve departmental and inter-departmental business processes
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer and business objectives are met
  • Plan departmental staffing levels and work with Human Resources
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff
  • Review performance data to monitor and measure departmental productivity
  • Communicate organization information through department meetings and one-on-one meetings
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with leaders and employees of other departments, customers, vendors, and WM’s Operational (Market) Areas
