Account Manager – Eastern Slovakia

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, your focus will be on driving incremental revenue and providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform and increase sales while improving operational aspects. You’ll be working in a dynamic, international team and will be responsible for onboarding and training venues, driving month-over-month operations excellence metrics, and improving venue performance. You’ll also be working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with Restaurant partners.

What You Will Do

You’ll be successfully onboarding and training venues, driving and managing month-over-month operations excellence metrics, and improving venue performance by measuring critical KPIs. You’ll also be working with the partner to constantly add/remove items to improve customer conversion and working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates.

Requirements

• proven experience from previous account management, sales, business development, or similar roles
• self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver results on time and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• cultivate extensive mutually beneficial relationships
• structured, detailed, and service-oriented
• strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards – for example, Looker or Power BI
• strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
• proactive mentality – an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination
