Ads and Promos Sales Manager

As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll develop and execute the local sales strategy for our ads and promotions business, building strong partnerships with merchants, negotiating impactful deals, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent in Croatian and English
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
