Role Overview
Growth Platform is a single AI-native marketing platform across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, unifying customer data, intelligence, and execution. The scope is global, and the ambition is large. The team is building at the forefront of agentic coding, using AI agents to handle entire task loops and designing workflows where humans and agents collaborate.
What You Will Do
As a backend engineer, you will own features end-to-end, from idea through production, and see your work matter at scale across three brands. You will design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, think in terms of orchestration, and build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable.
