Role Overview
This role serves as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously optimize scalable enablement programs that drive seller productivity, technology adoption, pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deliver impactful onboarding, skills development, product, process, and technology training programs. Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences for sellers, managers, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, or related discipline
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations and customer-facing teams
- Proven success designing, delivering, and measuring enablement programs that drive business results
- Strong facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve performance and productivity
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
