Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will deploy multi-channel prospecting strategies and partner with Account Executives to build and advance quality opportunities for the Workday sales team. You will connect with potential customers, share Workday’s value, and uncover what matters most to each prospect and their organization.
What You Will Do
Deploy multi-channel prospecting strategies, partner with Account Executives, contact potential customers, share Workday’s value, identify and qualify potential buyers, nurture and develop relationships, respond to and qualify marketing qualified leads, and stay organized while managing multiple prospecting activities and accounts.

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional or industry-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2+ years of professional or industry-related experience where a Bachelor’s degree is not present
- Experience in prospecting, inside sales, business development, marketing, direct sales, or consulting
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari Groove, and ZoomInfo
- SaaS sales experience
