Senior Manager, IT Product Management, GTM Sales

Role Overview

The Senior Manager will lead the product strategy, technology roadmap, AI roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise Sales technology capabilities. This role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership to define and deliver scalable solutions that improve seller productivity, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and GTM effectiveness.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will own the technical roadmap, lead feasibility assessments, guide solution design, manage backlog refinement and sprint planning, support defect triage, track delivery and product quality metrics, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT product management, enterprise applications, business systems, sales technology, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, including Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, or application delivery professionals.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM, or commercial business functions.
• 5+ years of experience owning technology roadmaps, product backlogs, delivery execution, and end-to-end product outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise Sales technology platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, Agentforce, CPQ, CLM, Xactly, or similar tools.
