Role Overview
The GTM Packaging Manager will spearhead the operationalization of Workday’s GTM Packaging strategy, working closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives. The role will involve developing frameworks for implementing and monitoring key packaging strategy and offerings, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, and leading change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Revenue operations, Business operations or Sales Strategy within a technology organization
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience building GTM analyses and models (e.g. capacity, pipeline, segment performance, etc ) that directly informed decisions adopted by sales leadership
- Minimum 1+ years of experience applying Claude or similar AI Tools to GTM strategy and operations work (eg. analysis, modeling, and research)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
