As a GTM Architect, Expansion and Retention, you will design, build, and deliver AI agents and workflow agents that transform signals into saved renewals and crossed sales pipelines.

Requirements
- Experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or marketing
- Concrete experience in designing automations
- Low-code orchestration (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
- Python or TypeScript for API integrations and data transformation
- Ease with agent tools and MCP connectors
- Solid workflow design with LLMs (orchestration, usage of tools, evaluation)
- Functional SQL to query and validate usage, support, and renewal data
- Depth in RevOps systems (HubSpot, a plus)
- Understanding of business metrics by subscription (renewal rate, net retention, customer lifetime value)
- Experience in designing AI-powered qualification or targeting systems
- Experience in SaaS B2B with multiple product lines, ideally product-focused or demo-driven
Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 – $140,000
- OTE: $120,000 – $155,000 CAD
