Role Overview

Workstreet is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Enablement Manager to join our Business Operations team. The successful candidate will own the quality, design consistency, and coherence of all customer-facing assets, while ensuring delivery teams are equipped to execute with excellence.

What You Will Do

The Enablement Manager will establish brand and design consistency, audit external deliverable quality, execute customer email marketing, align cross-functional brand identity, guide practical training programs, embed operational guidance and SOPs, optimize operational workflows, and support internal communications.

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment
